Ingredients for 4 portions: prosciutto cotto (backed ham) 400 g, horseradish 100 g, pickled vegetables 300 g

Arrange the slices of ham on the plate and sprinkle with freshly grated horseradish and accompany with mixed pickles.

Alternatively 4 ham slices of 100 g can be cooked on the plate.
